A twist on your Rueben Sandwich

Mix equal parts saurkraut and sour cream

build you Reuben: 2 slices of your favorite rye

2 slices Swiss cheese

4-8 ounces cornbeef

saurkraut mixture

grill and enjoy:-)

Garlic Cheese Bread

1 loaf Fresh French Bread-slice in half (I used two Mini-loaves)
Cheese Mixture:
1 8oz cream cheese-softened
1 stick of butter-softened
3-4 cloves of garlic-crushed
8 oz shredded mozzarella
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 tsp black pepper
Preheat oven to 350
Mix all ingredients for cheese mixture.
Cut french bread in half, but not all the way through.
Spread cheese mixture on to both sides of french bread and close.
Make horizontal cuts through bread.
Wrap in foil and place on cookie sheet.
Back for 25-35 minutes.
