Blueberry Coffee Cake

1 pkg  muffin mix

1 cup blueberries

2 tablespoons cooking oil

1 egg

1/2 cup water

1/3 cup brown sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

Preheat oven 350 degrees

Pour oil into one 8-inch square or 9-inch round pan; tilt pan to cover bottom . Put muffin mix, egg, and water in to pan; stir with a fork until blended (about a minute). Sprinkle blueberries, brown sugar, and cinnamon over the batter; use a fork to fold into batter just enough create a marble effect. Scrape sides and spread batter evenly in pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes, until coffee cake tests done with a toothpick.
