Blueberry Nut Bread

1 pkg muffin mix

1/3 cup chopped nuts

3 tablespoons sugar

1 egg

1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon water

1 cup blueberries

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease and flour a 9x5x 3-inch pan.

In a medium-sized bowl combine all ingredients except the blueberries; mix, until well-blended. Gently fold in blueberries. Spread batter in prepared pan.

Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes, until bread tests done with toothpick.

For loaf pan, reduce water to 1/2 cup. Bake at 375 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes.
