In a large pan, bring to boil 1 quart water.
Add 1 pound fresh or frozen cranberries
Simmer 20 minutes. Strain cranberries.
In a large coffee pot, add liquid from cranberries, 6oz frozen orange juice, thawed. 3 quarts water, 3-4 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 cup sugar.
In a perculator basket, add 20 cloves, 1cup red hots, 2 cinnamon sticks, 2 tablespoons whole allspice.
Perk and Serve hot for the holidays.
