Salmon Mousse

1 envelope unflavored gelatin

1/4 cup cold water

1/2 cup boiling water

1/2 cup mayonaise

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 tbsp grated onion

dash of hot sauce

1/4 tsp sweet paprika

1 tsp salt

2 tbsp chopped fresh dill

2 cup salmon

1 cup whipped cream

Soften gelatin in cold water, then whisk in hot water till gelatin is dissolved. Cool to room temperature. Whisk in mayo, lemon, onion,, tabasco, paprika, salt and dill. Refrigerate until slightly thickened. Fold in flaked salmon and whipped cream. Put in mold. Cove, chill 4 hours.
