Salsa

15 tomatoes (peeled)

3 garlic cloves

6 jalapenos (without seeds)

3 onions

Chop into chunks, then add remaining ingredients.

12 ounces tomato paste

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. cumin

2 tbsp. vinegar

1/2 cup lemon juice

3 tbsp. oregano

2 tbsp. sugar

(optional: may add banana peppers, red peppers, green chilies, green peppers)

Simmer for 1 1/2 hours.

Put in canning jars and process 20 minutes in boiling water bath.
