Breakfast Egg Dish

6 slices bread, buttered on one side(crust removed)

1 lb grated cheddar cheese

diced ham

mushrooms

onions

peppers

6 eggs

1 cup milk

1 tsp salt

1 tsp dry mustard

Place bread, buttered side down, in the bottom of 9X13 pan.

Top with ham, cheese, etc. Beat eggs and mix with milk, salt and mustard. Pour over rest of ingredients and refrigerate overnight.

Bake at 325 degrees approximately 1 hour.
