Pork Chop Dinner

Pork chops

3-4 potatoes

1 cup mushrooms

1 envelope onion soup mix

2 stalks celery, cut into 2 inch chunks

3-4 carrots, peeked & cut in 2 inch chunks

Put meat into 8×8 or 9×13 pan. Lay potatoes (cut in 1/2 or 1/4 ) around the meat.

Combine mushroom and onion soup mix. Spread over meat.

Scatter celery and carrots over top. Pour 1 cup water around the edges of pan. Don’t was soup off meat. Seal with foil. Bake 2 hours at 350 degrees. Can also use round steak or extra lean ground beef made into patties.
