6 chicken breasts, deboned and skinned
1-2 cups flour
3 cups bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste.
Put seasoning salt in flour. Stir up, and put on one plate. Beat the eggs. Put in a small bowl. Dip the chicken in flour first, then the eggs , then roll in bread crumbs. Fry in a heavy pan with a little olive oil. Salt and Pepper to taste.
