Rhubarb Coffee Cake

4 cups cut up Rhubarb

2 eggs lightly beaten

2 cups sugar

2 tsp. cinnamon

1/2 cup oil

1 cup chopped nuts

2 cups flour

1 tsp. salt

2 tsp. soda

Put Rhubarb in large bowl, stir in eggs and add sugar, cinnamon, oil, and nuts. Mix well. Mix together flour, salt, and soda. Stir in all at once. Pour into an oiled 9×13 pan. Sprinkle to with 3 tbsp. brown sugar, 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon mixed together.

Bake at 350 degrees 45-55 minutes.
