Rice Pudding

Mix in a 2 quart bowl:

2 eggs slightly beaten

2 cups cooked rice

1 cup evaporated milk

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup raisins or dates

1/2 cup water

1 1/2 tsp vanilla

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp cinnamon or nutmeg

Pour mixture into greased baking dish. Set dish in shallow pan of water and bake 45 minutes or until pudding is firm at edges . Serve warm or cold.
