Sage Stuffing

1lb butter

3 cups diced green peppers

2 cups diced celery

3 cups sliced mushrooms

2 cups diced onions

Saute vegetables with :

Salt and Pepper to taste

1 tbsp granulated garlic(fresh garlic is optional)

3 tbsp sage (to taste)

until the vegetables are soft

Cool the vegetables for about 10 minutes

add 4 loaves of diced bread( I prefer a good multi-grain bread

add a cup of chicken stockThis recipe should make about 3 9×13 inch pans. Cook at 350 degrees until golden brown.
