Chocolate Syrup Brownies

1/4 lb butter

1 cup sugar

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 tsp baking powder

4 eggs

1 large can of chocolate syrup

1/2 cup nuts

1 cup + 1 tbsp flour

Cream butter and sugars. Beat eggs, add vanilla & other ingredients. Bake @ 350 degrees for 30 minutes in a cake pan.

Frosting: Boil rapidly for 30 seconds.

6 tbsp butter

6 tbsp milk

1 1/2 cup sugar

Remove from heat and add 1/2 cup chocolate chips
