Chocolate Fudge

2 cups sugar

1 cup milk

4 tbsp cocoa

1 tbsp butter

1 tsp vanilla

pinch of salt

Place sugar, milk, and chocolate in pan on fire; stir slightly to keep from sticking and allow to boil until 232 degrees is reached, then stir in butter, vanilla, salt,and put aside to cool. Now commence beating until until to stiff to use spoon, then knead with hand, flatten, cut in buttered pan and cut in cubes.
