Depending on how many people being served use:
5-6 10″ tortillas
sliced avocados or quacamole
Preheat your cooking surface,
Put a pat of butter on the cooking surface and let melt, next place the tortilla on the cooking surface, next sprinkle on cheese; then place place avocados on the cheese as much as you would like. Place a couple teaspoons of picante sauce on top of avocado. When the cheese has melted and the tortilla is lightly brown. Remove from heat and cut into triangles. Serve with salsa.
