Cornflake Macaroons

Mix in a saucepan:

3/4 cup sugar

1/3 cup evaporated milk

2 tbsp butter

Cook, stirring constantly to a boil. Boil 2 min. and remove from heat.

Stir in:

1/2 tsp vanilla

1 1/2 cups cornflakes

1 cup coconut

1/2 cup chopped nuts

With a teaspoon drop quickly on waxed paper. Let stand until set. Makes 2 doz.
