Blueberry Coffe Cake

1 can (141/2 oz) blueberries

1 1/3 cup flour

2/3 cup sugar

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

1/3 cup shortening

1 egg slightly beaten

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup coconut

Drain blueberries and rinse with water. Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt into bowl. Mix in shortening. Add egg and milk and mix quickly. Fold in blueberries. Pour batter into greased 9″ round pan. Sprinkle Coconut on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until cake is done.
