Cream Cheese Coffee Cake

1/2 cup butter or oleo

8 oz cream cheese

1 1/4 sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

1 1/3 cup flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 cup milk

1/3 cup flour

1/3 cup brown sugar; packed

1/2 tsp cinnamon

2 tbsp butter

Combine first 3 ingredients. Beat well until light and smooth. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat until well blended. Sift flour, baking powder, soda and salt together. Add to first mixture alternately with milk. Spoon into greased and floured 9″x 13″ pan. Mix last four ingredients to resemble and sprinkle over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
