Any pasta will work well with this recipe.
Sauce:
3 cans of diced tomatoes
2 cup of heavy cream
1/2 green pepper diced
1/2 yellow onion diced
1 tbsp diced or minced garlic
1/2 cup fresh basil
1 ounce vodka
cook together until soft,
take of the heat and puree with a wand mixer
add about a cup of marscarpone cheese or parmesan cheese to taste.
Meatballs:
1 lb ground pork
1 lb ground beef
1 tbsp fresh oregano
1 tbsp fresh basil
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp chicken stock
1 tsp beef stock
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup diced red pepper
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 eggs to bind
3 tbsp parmesan cheese
form into 2 ounce balls, place them on parchment paper on sheet pan. Bake at 350 degrees til they reach an internal temp of 160 degrees or golden brown.
